Confirmation of the conclusion of the contract, express consent to the immediate fulfillment of the contract and acknowledgement of the loss of the right of withdrawal

Express consent to immediate contract fulfillment (Section 4 Paragraph 1 of the Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act)

"I hereby expressly agree that the fulfillment of the contract will begin before the expiry of the otherwise existing withdrawal period (cancellation period). I confirm that I have taken note of the fact that I will lose my right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) if the contract is fulfilled prematurely (before the expiry of the otherwise existing withdrawal period/cancellation period) - after providing a copy or confirmation of the concluded contract on a permanent data carrier including the above declaration of consent and this confirmation of knowledge of the loss of the right of withdrawal (right of cancellation) together with the statutory information (Section 4 Paragraph 1 of the Distance and Off-Premises Transactions Act), unless this was already made available on a permanent data carrier.

You therefore have no right of withdrawal (right of cancellation)."

Ausdrückliche Zustimmung zur sofortigen Vertragserfüllung (§ 4 Abs 1 FAGG)

„Ich stimme hiermit ausdrücklich zu, dass noch vor Ablauf der sonst bestehenden Rücktrittsfrist (Widerrufsfrist) mit der Erfüllung des Vertrages begonnen wird. Ich bestätige, dass ich zur Kenntnis genommen habe, dass ich mein Rücktrittsrecht (Widerrufsrecht) bei vorzeitigem (vor Ablauf der sonst bestehenden Rücktrittsfrist/Widerrufsfrist erfolgendem) Beginn mit der Vertragserfüllung − nach Zurverfügungstellung einer Ausfertigung oder Bestätigung des geschlossenen Vertrages auf einem dauerhaften Datenträger inklusive obiger Zustimmungserklärung und dieser Bestätigung der Kenntnisnahme vom Verlust des Rücktrittsrechts (Widerrufsrechts) samt der gesetzlichen Informationen (§ 4 Abs 1 FAGG), sofern diese nicht schon vorher auf dauerhaftem Datenträger zur Verfügung gestellt wurden - verliere.

Sie haben daher kein Rücktrittsrecht (Widerrufsrecht).“
