To stream our films smoothly via any standard browser on an internet-enabled device such as a PC, Mac, tablet or smartphone, the following requirements must be met:
Minimum: A stable internet connection with at least 3 MBit/s. This speed enables basic streaming quality without frequent interruptions.
Optimal: An internet connection with at least 6 MBit/s or faster. This allows you to enjoy higher picture and sound quality as well as a smoother streaming experience, even with more demanding content.
Whether you watch your favorite film on a large monitor, a handy tablet or a smartphone - with these requirements, nothing stands in the way of a relaxed film experience.
Online viewing instead of downloading: The selected film is immediately available via stream - no download required.
Instant playback: After purchase, you can play the film directly and watch it as often as you like within 3 days.
Space-saving: The film is streamed and therefore barely takes up any storage space on your device.
Flexible access: You have 3 days to watch your movie at your leisure.
Stable internet connection: An active Internet connection with at least 3 MBit/s is required during playback.
To watch a film on our platform, please register first and pay the corresponding rental fee for the desired streaming offer. After successful payment, you can stream the movie for 72 hours at any time and unlimited. Please note that the 72-hour period begins immediately after completing the payment.

As soon as you have found your favorite film, simply click or tap on the “Start Streaming” button. The rental fee for streaming will also be displayed there.
In the next step, you can either register again via “Join now” or, if you already have an account, log in directly. This will ensure that your account is ready for the rental process and that nothing stands in the way of your movie experience.
During the registration process, you will be asked to set a username and password. Simply follow the instructions on the screen - you will be guided step by step through the payment process until you have successfully completed the registration.
Payment can be made conveniently by credit card. The process is handled securely and reliably by the globally recognized payment service provider STRIPE. Your name and credit card details are required for the payment.
Our security standards fully comply with the regulations required for online payments. Your personal data is used exclusively by our payment service provider Stripe. We only receive confirmation of the payment and have no access to further details.
Our priority is to ensure the highest level of security so that you can enjoy a smooth and stress-free movie experience.

When you start a film on our streaming platform, the streaming-service begins immediately. This means that the contract is fulfilled directly, as you can use the product - the stream - immediately.
According to the law, your right of withdrawal (right of withdrawal according to § 4 para. 1 FAGG) expires in this case, as the service has already been provided. Therefore, once you have paid the rental fee for the stream, it is no longer possible to cancel or receive a refund.
Before starting the stream, you must expressly confirm during the payment process that you waive your right of withdrawal. This is to ensure that you have understood this regulation. Further information can be found in our General Terms and Conditions / Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen (AGB).
After successful registration and payment of the rental fee, you will receive an invoice and access to the rented movie. You can also access the movie directly via the 'Films' menu and watch it immediately.
Please note that access to the movie is valid for 3 days (72 hours). After this period, your access will be blocked and your registration data will be deleted.
If you are already registered and would like to log in again, simply go to the “My account” page and enter the login details you used when you registered. Once you are logged in, you will have full access to your account and can use the platform and view your rented film.
Then navigate to your selected movie via the menu or the start page and start the stream.
